Kenneth Walk left his career as a school leader to practice education law to ensure equity in education for all students. As an attorney, he leverages his knowledge of school systems and policy to fight and secure the best outcomes for his client.
Kenneth lives to fight for the “little guy.” As an advocate and educator, he witnesses the tremendous gains made by disabled students whose school supports their academic and social-emotion growth. He also observes the harmful consequences felt when these supports are denied. He knows that parents need top-notch legal counsel to combat any harmful practices of school districts. With his experience and his deep understanding of parent rights, he prevents school districts from obfuscating their duties.
Kenneth launched three schools, designed transformative student-focused policies and initiatives that help school districts comply with laws and regulations. Because of this, you can trust him as a legal practitioner as he will tirelessly fight to hold school districts accountable and force them to deliver effective education for your child.
