Discrimination

Sometimes schools fail to protect students from harassment, intimidation, or abuse on the basis of ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, race, economic condition, religion, or disability. Thanks to the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and the New Jersey State Anti-Bullying Law, these types of discrimination are unlawful in New Jersey.

John Rue & Associates has successfully represented families in educational discrimination cases. If you believe your child is a victim of school-based discrimination, call John Rue & Associates for an initial consultation.
