Generally, the Firm does not take cases on a pure contingency. However, in some circumstances, we will accept an initial set fee (in an amount determined based on the case), along with the right to retain a portion of the damages obtained, plus any attorneys’ fees that may be available to us if we prevail. If we do not prevail, your initial payment is our only compensation.
